The look and feel of natural wood is very desirable. When it's time to re-finish the wood, home owners are faced with hours and hours of sanding or chemical stripping.

SurfaceTek Coatings Removal System was used to strip this home pictured below. The blast media used was environmentally friendly Corn Cob. Corn Cob was chosen as the blast media for several reasons:

• The logs do not have to be PH neutralized after blasting, as is the case with Soda.
• Corn is a natural product and will not damage plants or grass (see photos below).
• Corn is worker and environmentally friendly.
